Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Items are sold in used condition
  • Cosmetic appearance may vary
  • Original manufacturer warranties may no longer apply
  • Titan Utility Services provides no guarantee of certification eligibility unless specifically noted
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting all tools prior to field use and ensuring compliance with their company policies and applicable safety standards

Any repairs or refurbishment performed by Titan are intended to restore functional usability but do not convert the item into new condition.

All used tool sales are final.
