Refund policy


30-Day Return Policy

We aim to make returns as easy as possible. You can return most unused items in new condition with the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, up to 30 days from the invoice date.


Easy Return Process

To initiate a return, please email sales@titanutility.net or call (225) 209-6300 with your order number for return authorization.

We will provide a return shipping label if we are at fault. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

In case of damage or loss during shipment, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

We cannot accept returns after 30 days. Unauthorized returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.

You may cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment (minus shipping fees) once the item is returned and processed.


Climbing and Fall Arrest Equipment

For safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unused climbing and fall arrest equipment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Belts
  • Climbers
  • Climbing pads
  • Straps
  • Lanyards
  • Fall arrest harnesses

Please inspect your purchases for fit and comfort before use or removing any tags.


General Return Policy

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return most items within 30 days of the ship date, provided they are in original packaging. We may request images of the items you want to return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Discounted or on-sale items
  • Worn boots, belts, and hard hats
  • Rubber goods
  • Fall protection items, including ropes
  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as grounds, mechanical jumpers, and select boots and belts)

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Returns may be denied based on the condition of the returned items, and images are helpful when submitting returns.

If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Refunds may take time to post. If needed, contact your bank for further processing information.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email sales@titanutility.net and send the item to the address below.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and any related insurance. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary by location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.


Freight Claims and Damaged Shipments

We will assist you with freight claims if your shipment is damaged. To protect your claim:

  • Do not accept visibly damaged goods without noting the damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods.
  • If you notice damage after unpacking, retain all packing materials and notify us within 24 hours.

Limitation of Liability

The seller is not liable for any loss or damage exceeding the product’s invoice price.
