Free Shipping

  • Orders Over $75: Enjoy free shipping on most orders to anywhere in the continental US (exclusions apply). To take advantage of this offer, simply use the discount code SHIPONTUS at checkout.
  • Free Shipping Exclusions:
    • Items weighing over 50 lbs
    • Items longer than 8 feet
    • Oversized items
    • Items shipped outside the lower 48 states (e.g., Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii)
    • Certain sales or promotions may not qualify for free shipping

Shipping to Continental US

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the continental US. This excludes certain oversized or heavy items.
  • We will ship your order based on the delivery option you select. Shipping may be upgraded at our discretion, and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Method: We will select the most efficient shipping method.
  • Order Cancellations: If items are canceled and the total drops below $75, shipping charges may apply.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

For rush shipping, such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM CST Monday through Friday. Contact us if you need expedited shipping options. Some services may not be available in all areas.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We process orders Monday-Friday. Standard shipments are generally sent by UPS. Larger shipments will go through LTL freight carriers.
  • Shipping Cutoff Times: Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. Holiday Orders will ship the next business day.

Shipping Delays & Errors

  • We do our best to ship according to your selected delivery option, but shipping dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or supply chain issues.
  • Missing or Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your order and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Save all packaging material for inspection.
  • Incorrect Shipments: If there is an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs for items due to our mistake.

Sales Tax

We are located in Louisiana, and we collect sales tax for applicable states. Sales tax may vary depending on your location and will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Errors in Printing: We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions, which may affect your order.
  • Shipping Errors: Notify us of any shipping errors within 48 hours by emailing sales@titanutility.net.
